How many users allowed per company subscription?
WISE MRP offers unlimited users for each company subscription.
Can I run WISE MRP with just tablets or smartphones?
Yes WISE MRP is fully responsive design.
Are Sales and Purchasing modules come with WISE MRP?
Yes both Sales and Purchasing modules are come with WISE MRP by default.
What are sub-modules provided in Sales module?
Sales module consists of Customers, Quotation, Sales Order and Sales Reports.

What is the payment frequency for WISE MRP?
We charge each company RM999 per month but we go by yearly frequency.
How do we pay the subscription fees?
You can pay the yearly subscription fees by credit card, FPX or cheque.
How soon can we use WISE MRP after paying the first yearly subscription fees?
Usually within 1-2 working days after 1 year subscription fees is paid.
Can we cancel subscription anytime?
Yes you can cancel the subscription anytime and we will refund the pro-rated subscription fees.
Does WISE MRP support hierarchical Bill of Material (BOM)?
Yes WISE MRP does support hierarchical BOM to include product codes, quantities, costs and additional specifications.
Does WISE MRP support subcontracting?
Yes WISE MRP does support subcontracting to supply raw material and track labor & operations.
Does WISE MRP support auto stock replenishment?
Yes WISE MRP does support auto stock replenishment to prevent stockouts, track an item's reorder level.
Does WISE MRP support serialised inventory?
Yes WISE MRP does support serialised inventory that uses serial numbers to uniquely identify units.
